How to Remove a Room from Network Lock / Fix "Room Already Opened" or "Night Audit Process Already Running" Issues in ASI FrontDesk?

This helps resolve system lock issues when a room or process is stuck due to network interruptions or improper shutdowns. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the File Menu, then click on Network Lock.

  2. A window will pop up showing locked Records.

  3. Select the records and click Delete to remove them.
    Done!
