What to do if the ID scanner or Sign Pad is not working?

  • Minimize the Cloud system.
  • Check the system tray on the bottom-right corner for the Cloud client icons:
    1. Green icon for Sign Pad.

    2. Red icon for ID Scanner.

If they are not visible, re-open the app and minimize it again to ensure proper functionality.
