How To Fix ID Scanner Or Sign Pad Issues In ASI FrontDesk?

This helps resolve connection problems when ID scanner or sign pad is not responding. Follow these steps:

  1. Unplug the ID Scanner or Sign Pad, then plug it back in.

  2. Go to Control Panel and check if the device appears under connected devices.

  3. Restart the ASI Sign/Scan App and ASI Cloud.
