How to collect a payment or issue a refund?

Open the room, or use the Advanced Search (magnifying glass icon at the top right) to find the room.
  • Use multiple search criteria as needed, then click Find.

  • Double-click on the room from the search results and go to the Payment link on the right side.

  • Select the payment method (Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, etc.), verify the amount, and click Add to process the payment or refund.
