How to add a Sale Transaction on Terminal, Shift4 in ASI PMS 7x?

You can directly add a Sale transaction using the selected payment terminal. Follow the steps below.

Steps:
  1. Open the reservation where you want to add a Sale transaction.
  2. Go to the Payment section.
  3. Select the terminal “shift4_api.”
  4. Enter the amount you want to add as a Sale transaction.
  5. Click Add, then click Save.
  6. After saving, the charged Sale amount will appear on the SHIFT4 machine.
  7. Select Credit or Debit on the machine to complete the transaction.
