How to Add a Room to Maintenance or Block a Room in ASI FrontDesk?

When rooms require maintenance or need to be temporarily unavailable, blocking them ensures they aren’t mistakenly assigned to guests. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the FrontDesk Menu, then click on V-Maintenance Rooms.

  2. Click on Add, then select the Room Number, Maintenance Dates, and add the Reason.

  3. Click on Save to complete the process.
