      Checking Inventory in ASI: Version 7

      Monitoring room availability and occupancy is crucial for managing inventory effectively. Here’s how to check inventory in version 7 of ASI.

      Version 7: Inventory Check

      1. Navigate to Flash View: Go to Menu → Rate & Availability → Flash.
      2. Room Availability and Rates: See the available rooms by date and room type, along with room rates for those dates.
      3. Occupancy Insights: View occupancy percentage and a new Hotel Occupancy % summary at the bottom.
      4. Visualize Data with Charts: Use the 3D Bar charts feature to get a graphical view of occupancy levels. Click on the (Show Chart) checkbox on the upper left side of the screen.
