How to access the Payment tab, Other Charges, Rental, and Tax tabs in Classic (Legacy) View in ASI PMS 7x?

Learn how to manage payments, rental details, and charges easily in ASI PMS Classic (Legacy) View with quick, step-by-step guidance.

 

Follow these steps:

  1. Open any Reservation or Check-in window in the Classic (Legacy) View of ASI PMS.

  2. You will notice that all important sections are available on a single screen for easy access.

  3. On the right-hand side, locate the Payment section.

  4. Here, you can see the total amount collected so far.

  5. Click on the small blue icon next to it to open the payment window.

  6. From here, you can easily collect or manage payments.

  7. For Rental Information, directly view and update room rent details from the same screen.

  8. To add Taxes or Other Charges, use the respective sections available in the window.

  9. Each section has its own clickable option to open and manage details.

  10. This layout is designed to give you quick access to all operations without switching between multiple tabs or screens.

  11. Done!

And that’s how you can efficiently manage payments, rental details, and charges using the Classic Layout.
