How to Add User Roles & Responsibilities in ASI PMS?

Define user access by creating custom roles with specific responsibilities. Follow these steps:

  1. In the left-side menu, click on the “Configuration” section.

  2. Under Configuration, choose “Role & Privileges” to access user role settings.

  3. Click on “New Role” on the top right side.

  4. Choose the appropriate Role Type (e.g., Front Desk, Manager, Housekeeping, etc.).

  5. Add a Short Name for the role, Full Role Name, and Description.

  6. Check or uncheck the boxes to assign the specific Privileges & Access rights for this role.

  7. Click Save & Close.

  8. Done!
