Define user access by creating custom roles with specific responsibilities. Follow these steps:

In the left-side menu, click on the “Configuration” section.

Under Configuration, choose “Role & Privileges” to access user role settings.

Click on “New Role” on the top right side.

Choose the appropriate Role Type (e.g., Front Desk, Manager, Housekeeping, etc.).

Add a Short Name for the role, Full Role Name, and Description.

Check or uncheck the boxes to assign the specific Privileges & Access rights for this role.

Click Save & Close.
