How to apply promo codes in ASI PMS 7x?

Learn how to create a promotion in WebRes Back Office. Follow easy steps to log in, access the promotions section, enter promotion details, and publish offers on your hotel website booking engine.

Steps:

  1. Log in to WebRes Back Office
    Open your browser and go to:
    👉 https://extranet.asiwebres.com
    Log in using your WebRes credentials.

  2. Go to the Promotions Section
    From the top menu, click Offers → Promotion.

  3. Fill Out the Promotion Form
    Enter the required details:

    • Promotion Name

    • Promotion Code

    • Start & End Dates

    • Applicable Room Types

    • Other required fields

  4. Save the Promotion
    Click Save.
    Your promotion will now appear on your personal website’s booking page.

⚠️ Note: Promo codes cannot be applied directly in the PMS. Promotions must be set up through the WebRes booking engine if the client has integrated it with ASI.
