How to check out a guest with a balance due in ASI PMS 7x?

If the system prevents you from checking out a guest who still has a balance due, you can adjust the settings to allow check-out even with pending amounts. follow These steps:


Steps:

  1. Click on Configuration in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  2. Go to Setting → General Setting → Rentals tab.

  3. Find the option “Permits only zero balance Check-Outs” and uncheck the box.

  4. Save your changes.

  5. Done!
