How to Create a Group Reservation in ASI FrontDesk?

Creating a group reservation allows you to manage multiple guest bookings under one group folio, saving time and ensuring organized billing and check-in processes. Follow these steps:

  1. Find and click on Group, often located in the Front Desk tab.

  2. Enter group information, including Name, Contact Details, and Address.

  3. Select the Check-in and Check-out dates.

  4. Click on Save.

  5. Click and select Reservation, then click the Green Plus (+) symbol.

  6. Click on the Reservation tab.

  7. Make or select the guests you wish to include in the group.

  8. Click on Update.
