Creating a group reservation allows you to manage multiple guest bookings under one group folio, saving time and ensuring organized billing and check-in processes. Follow these steps:

Find and click on Group, often located in the Front Desk tab.

Enter group information, including Name, Contact Details, and Address.

Select the Check-in and Check-out dates.

Click on Save.

Click and select Reservation, then click the Green Plus (+) symbol.

Click on the Reservation tab.

Make or select the guests you wish to include in the group.

Click on Update.
