How to Create Login Credentials for the Customer Portal?
If you do not have login details yet, you can create them through your ASI system.
Follow these steps to create log in credentials:

Log into to ASI PMS.

Navigate to Configuration → User.

Click on Add New User.

Enter all required details — Username, Password, Confirm Password, and Role.
- Select Property Type.

Click on Save and Close.

Use these credentials to log in to the Customer Portal.
