How to do Self Check-In in ASI PMS 7x?

Self Check-In in ASI PMS 7x is quick and convenient for guests. To complete it smoothly, follow the steps below.

Steps:
  1. Collect the guest’s email while making the reservation.

  2. Go to the Audit tab from the side menu.

  3. Click on Self Check-In.

  4. Find the guest from the list.

  5. Check the box in front of their name.

  6. Click Send Online Check-In Invitation.

Guest follows these steps:

  1. Guest receives an email with the check-in link.

  2. Click on Start Check-In to begin.

  3. Confirm check-in and check-out dates.

  4. Fill guest details and click Save.

  5. Fill contact details and click Save.

  6. Fill ID details and click Save.

  7. Enter credit card details.

  8. Click Tokenize.

  9. Click Continue after all fields are complete.

  10. Add your signature in the box.

  11. Click I Agree and Check-In.

  12. Confirmation message appears, check-in is complete.

To confirm and check details, follow these steps:

  1. To check if check-in is completed, go to Audit > Self Check-In.

  2. Guest name appears with a strike-through.

  3. Go to the reservation. Double-click to view submitted ID, guest info, and payment.

  4. Done!
