Self Check-In in ASI PMS 7x is quick and convenient for guests. To complete it smoothly, follow the steps below.
Steps:-
Collect the guest’s email while making the reservation.

Go to the Audit tab from the side menu.

Click on Self Check-In.

Find the guest from the list.

Check the box in front of their name.

Click Send Online Check-In Invitation.
Guest follows these steps:

Guest receives an email with the check-in link.

Click on Start Check-In to begin.
-
Confirm check-in and check-out dates.
-
Fill guest details and click Save.
-
Fill contact details and click Save.

Fill ID details and click Save.

Enter credit card details.
-
Click Tokenize.
-
Click Continue after all fields are complete.

Add your signature in the box.
-
Click I Agree and Check-In.
-
Confirmation message appears, check-in is complete.
To confirm and check details, follow these steps:

To check if check-in is completed, go to Audit > Self Check-In.

Guest name appears with a strike-through.
-
Go to the reservation. Double-click to view submitted ID, guest info, and payment.

Done!
