How to Give Remote Access (RA) to an ASI Support Person?

Giving Remote Access allows the ASI support team to connect to your computer and assist you quickly. To start the remote session smoothly, follow the steps below.

Steps :

  1. Open any web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari).

  2. Go to: asi.support

  3. On the page, select “Technical Support – Anand Systems.”

  4. You will see a field for a Support Key.

  5. The support person will give you this key during your call or chat.

  6. Enter the Support Key, your name/email, and choose ZOHO or GoTo.

  7. Click Agree and Download to download the remote session file.

  8. Once downloaded, open the file by double-clicking it from the top-right of the browser or from your Downloads folder.

  9. Allow all permissions by clicking Yes or Accept, then click Join to start the remote session.
