How to enable camera permission for Guest ID Capture by Camera in ASI PMS 7x?
Follow these simple steps to enable camera access and use the Guest ID Capture by Camera feature in ASI PMS 7x successfully.
If you are facing the camera permission issue while using the Guest ID Capture by Camera feature, follow the steps below:
- If you are seeing the camera permission blocked/restricted message on your screen.
- Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of your browser.
- Click on Settings.
- Select Privacy and Security from the left-side menu.
- Select Site Settings.
- Scroll down and click on Camera under the Permissions section.
- Check if ASI PMS 7x is listed under the restricted or blocked section.
- Remove or delete ASIPMS 7x from the restricted list.
- Reopen ASI PMS 7x and try using the Guest ID Capture by Camera feature again.
- The feature should now work properly.
