How to Enable Guest Signature via ASI Pay Payment Terminal In ASI PMS 7X?

With PMS 7X and the ASI Pay payment gateway, guests can now sign directly on the payment terminal. The signature is automatically linked to the guest's check-in, no separate signature capture needed in the PMS.

 

Steps:

  1. Log in to ASI PMS, then go to Configuration.
  2. Select Settings from the menu on the left, then click on Device Configuration.
  3. Select ASI Pay from the Payment Gateway Name drop-down menu.
  4. Add the correct Terminal ID and IP Address, and give it a name of your choice.
  5. Check the box for "is Signature on Terminal".
  6. Click on Add & Save.
  7. Done!
