How to fix an issue when an Expedia reservation is not showing in ASI PMS 7x?

If an Expedia reservation is missing in ASI PMS, it’s usually due to a connectivity or sync issue between Expedia and ASI. Follow these simple steps to verify the connection, search using the Expedia confirmation number, and contact support if needed.

🧾 Steps to Fix When an Expedia Reservation Is Not Showing in ASI PMS

  1. Check the Expedia–ASI Connection

    • Log in to the Expedia Extranet portal.

    • From the menu, select Rates and Availability.

    • Locate the Connectivity Settings section.

    • Ensure that ASI FrontDesk is selected as the Channel Manager.

  2. Search Using the Expedia Confirmation Number

    • Get the reservation confirmation number from the Expedia Extranet.

    • In ASI PMS, open the Advanced Search option.

    • Enter the confirmation number in the CRS Folio field and click Search.

  3. Contact ASI Technical Support

    • If the reservation still doesn’t appear, contact the ASI Technical Support team for further assistance.
