Check the Expedia–ASI Connection

Log in to the Expedia Extranet portal.

From the menu, select Rates and Availability.

Locate the Connectivity Settings section.

Ensure that ASI FrontDesk is selected as the Channel Manager.

Search Using the Expedia Confirmation Number

Get the reservation confirmation number from the Expedia Extranet.

In ASI PMS, open the Advanced Search option.

Enter the confirmation number in the CRS Folio field and click Search.
