How to handle a missed night audit when rooms rolled over in ASI PMS 7x?

Handling a missed night audit in ASI PMS (Version 7) helps you correct rolled-over rooms, restore accurate data, and keep your daily reports clean. This video walks you through the simple steps to review room status, fix folios, and rerun the audit so your occupancy, revenue, and operational records stay accurate and up to date.


  1. The system displays a night audit prompt at a specific time
  2. The client can change this scheduled time from the settings.

    Steps: 
    1. Go to Configuration.
    2. Then from the left menu select Settings, then click on the 'General settings'.
    3. Select night audit from the options.
    4. Change the timing accordingly.
    5. Done!
  3. Night audit in ASI PMS is a manual process
    Note- the system does not perform it automatically
  4. Because it requires manual confirmation, there is no chance of the night audit being missed.
