How to manage multiple properties using Remote Desktop connection in ASI PMS 7x?

Save time and streamline operations! Learn how to get single-login Multi-Property Access in ASI PMS. Manage ALL your hotel locations efficiently from one centralized dashboard.

1. Register Properties as a Group
Note- Ensure that all properties are registered as a group in ASI CRM on our end.

2. Request Access. The client should send an email to [support@anandsystems.com].

  • The email must include:  The username of the user who needs access.
  •  A list of properties the user should be able to access.

3. Grant Privileges: Our team will provide the necessary privileges for the user to access multiple properties from the backend.

4. Access Multiple Properties. Once access is granted, the user can log in to ASI PMS.

  • On the top navigation bar, the user can switch between properties.
  • Refer to the attached screenshot for guidance.
