How to manage multiple properties using Remote Desktop connection in ASI PMS 7x?

How do I enable a user to access multiple properties in ASI PMS?

To give a user access to multiple properties in ASI PMS, the properties must first be registered as a group in ASI CRS, then your team submits an access request to Anand Systems, and our team grants the required backend privileges. Once complete, the user can switch between properties from the top navigation bar.

1. Register Properties as a Group
Ensure that all properties are registered as a group in ASI CRS before proceeding.

2. Request Access. The client should send an email to [support@anandsystems.com].

  • The email must include:  The username of the user who needs access.
  •  A list of properties the user should be able to access.

3. Grant Privileges: Our team will provide the necessary privileges for the user to access multiple properties from the backend.

4. Access Multiple Properties. Once access is granted, the user can log in to ASI PMS.

  • On the top navigation bar, the user can select the property switcher to switch between properties.
