How to Send a Guest Broadcast Email in ASI PMS 7X?

Need to send the same email to multiple guests? Follow these simple steps to use the Guest Broadcast feature in ASI PMS 7X.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your ASI PMS 7X account and navigate to the Front Desk module.
  2. Click Search Reservation.
  3. Select the guest list you want to send the email to using the available filters (such as Active Guests, No Show, or All Guests).
  4. Click the Send Mail button located on the left side of the screen in the reservation filters section.
  5. A panel will appear on the right side of the screen. Enter the Subject and Email Body for your message.
  6. Click Send Mail. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number for verification.
  7. Enter the OTP, click Send, and then click OK to confirm.

Done! Your email has been successfully broadcast to the selected guests.
