How to update room photos on Webres in ASI PMS 7x?

ASI PMS does not allow direct image uploads to OTA extranets like Booking.com or Expedia. Each platform manages its own photo uploads, ensuring accurate display and control over your property’s listings. However, you can upload images for your WebRes booking page directly through the ASI WebRes Back Office.

🌐 For OTA Portals (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.)

  1. Note: You cannot upload images to OTAs directly from ASI PMS.

  2. Log in to the respective OTA extranet portal (e.g., Booking.com Extranet, Expedia Extranet).

  3. Navigate to the Property or Room Management section.

  4. Upload your room photos directly through the OTA’s image upload interface.

🖼 For WebRes Booking Page

  1. Log in to the WebRes Back Office: https://extranet.asiwebres.com.

  2. Use the WebRes portal to upload room images for your WebRes booking engine.

  3. Follow the on-screen steps to add, manage, and update uploaded photos.
