How to Use Reservation Messaging Service in ASI PMS 7X?

Need to reply to OTA guest messages without leaving ASI PMS 7X? Follow these simple steps to communicate with guests, send attachments, and manage conversations directly from your PMS.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your ASI PMS 7X account and click the Messages icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select the guest conversation you want to reply to. The reservation window will open.
  3. Click the Message icon in the top-right corner of the reservation window.
  4. Type your message and attach images or documents if needed.
  5. Click Send.
  6. When the confirmation dialog box appears, click Yes to send your message to the guest.
  7. Done! Your message has been successfully sent to the guest.
