How to Check the Guest Ledger in ASI FrontDesk?

The Guest Ledger helps you monitor financial activity and the status of all current, checked-out, and arriving guests. Follow these steps:

  1. Find and click on Ledger, often located under the Front Desk tab.

  2. View In-House Guests, Checked-Out Guests, and Arrivals.

  3. Use this section to verify Current Data, including Arrivals, Departures, and Room Updates.
