Resolving a Frozen Screen: Version 6

If your ASI screen is frozen, follow these steps to restore functionality.

Step 1: Check for Open Reports

  1. Look for Minimized or Open Reports: Verify if any report is minimized or open within ASI Cloud.
    • If a report is open, close it to unfreeze the screen.
    • If no reports are open, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Sign Out and Sign Back In

  1. Sign Out of ASI Cloud: Log out of your ASI Cloud account.
  2. Sign Back In: Re-enter your credentials to log back into the system.
