How To Resolve The "Please Specify Rental Age Greater Than 21 Years" Error In ASI FrontDesk?

This error occurs when the system detects that a guest's age is under 21, which may prevent booking completion. Follow these steps:

  1. Verify that the guest is over 21 using valid ID or documents.
  2. Click on the First Name field to view and confirm the Birth Date.
  3. If it’s incorrect, update the birth date to the correct one.
