How to Resolve the "Please Specify Rental Age Greater Than 21 Years" Error in ASI PMS?

This error occurs when the system detects that a guest's age is under 21, which may prevent booking completion. Here’s how to resolve it in version 7.


  1. Go to the Menu, then select Guest and click on Guest Database.

  2. Select the guest, then add the Birth Date.

  3. Make sure the date matches their ID.

  4. Click Save.
    Done!
