      Searching for a Guest or Folio: Version 6

      Finding guest information quickly is key for efficient operations. Here’s how to search for a guest or folio in version 6 of ASI.

      Version 6.2: Guest and Folio Search

      1. Open Advanced Search: Click on the Search icon (magnifying glass) located at the top right.
      2. Enter Search Details: Input one of the following to retrieve the guest’s stay information:
        • Guest Name
        • Folio Number
        • Reservation Number
        • Room Number, etc.
