Setting Booking Restrictions in ASI: Version 6

Managing restrictions efficiently can help optimize bookings, control availability, and create a seamless experience across different channels. Here’s a quick guide on how to set restrictions in ASI for version 6.

 

Version 6: Setting Booking Restrictions

  1. Open the Booking Control Rule: Locate the Red Stop Icon on the top left of your dashboard.
    • Note: If the icon isn’t visible, you may not have the required access privileges. Please reach out to your admin for further assistance.
  2. Select Restriction Settings: Navigate through the tabs to choose restrictions like Soldout, Min Nights, Max Nights, etc.
  3. Differentiate Channels:
      • PMS: Restrictions for walk-in guests.
      • OTA: Controls for online reservations (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com).
      • GDS: Restrictions for properties connected to a GDS, like RLH/Sonesta (Synxis).
