How To Set Booking Restriction in ASI PMS?

Managing restrictions efficiently can help optimize bookings, control availability, and create a seamless experience across different channels. Here’s a quick guide on how to set restrictions in ASI PMS (Version 7).


  1. From the Main Menu, select Rate and Availability, then click on Restriction.

  2. Select the Rate Type from the left panel, then choose the restriction to apply from the options at the top.

  3. Specify the Rate and Room Types for the restriction.

  4. Use the Bulk Operation button to apply restrictions for a date range.

  5. Add the Date Range, Rules to Update, Room Type, and other details.

  6. Click on Update & Save.
    Done!
